www.rentalpark.lv car reservation made is valid only upon forwarding of a relevant confirmation to the customer’s e-mail, to which the customer must respond by sending us the planned arrival time by air flight.

Reservation remains valid until receipt of a car indicated in the reservation, not exceeding the car receipt delay by 1 hour, otherwise availability of a car shall not be guaranteed. Keeping informed of delays and non arrival requested.

A particularly reserved car might be also unavailable because of a sudden technical fault, in such a situation, a similar car is provided to the customer as far as possible or the reservation is canceled, of which the customer is immediately informed.

Requirements for customers:

Customer bears responsibility for the compliance with the below requirements at the car receipt:

- The driver must be over 25 years old with a minimum driving experience of 2 years;

- Present a valid driver license;

- Present a valid identity document of the Republic of Latvia (passport or ID card);

- Payment of the car rent and safety deposit EUR 100 in cash or via bank transfer prior to the car pick-up. Deposit shall be repaid forthwith upon return of the car.

Customer might be denied the car rental, if Rental Park has doubts about compliance of the documents presented by the customer.

The car must be returned in the same technical and visual condition with a full fuel tank.

Car rent includes:

- Use of the car only in the territory of Latvia with the mileage limit 200 km average a day;

- Third party liability (TPL) insurance;

- The customer's own responsibility for car damage is limited to EUR 350;

- Value added tax;

- 24h roadside assistance in the territory of Latvia;

- Child car seat or tray;

- Possibility to specify additional driver;

- 24/7 transfer to parking lot from Riga Airport and back.

The cars are pick-up and drop-off on the Park Smart parking lot at Riga Airport at Dzirnieku iela 12, Marupe, Marupe District (next to gasoline station VIADA). Free 24/7 transfer (1 min.) is provided from Riga Airport to the parking lot and back by minibus, the driver’s phone: +371 20 477 477.

The car you can get any day from 09:00 to 00:30, return - at any time day.
